From a distance this coral is as purple as you like, close up it is blue... work that one out. Its also one of the hardest corals to photograph under blue dominant LEDs.
The Milka is an essential beginners SPS coral that is both beautiful, unusual, hardy, fast-growing and provides wonderful structure to your reef. Best viewed under some white light it is a really stunning coral that, when happy, pushes its polyps out really far and provides a bit of motion in the flow. The growth tips are a white/pale green colour and can be quite vivid exhibiting strong fluorescence in the right conditions. Its a fast grower that will become a colony faster than most other SPS frags.
